Materials with Character
Across our jewelry collections you will find 925 sterling silver, bronze, silvered bronze, pewter, hand-forged steel, and selected leather details. Sterling silver contains 92.5% silver; silvered bronze is a different material and should not be confused with solid sterling silver. Each product description specifies the material and finish of that particular piece.
Craftsmanship in the Details
Depending on the design, production may involve forging, casting, shaping, engraving, polishing or an antiqued finish that brings out the texture and pattern. Some pieces are individually handcrafted or hand-finished; others are produced by our partners. A subtle variation in a hand-worked surface is part of its character, not a promise that every item is made by the same process.

Store your jewelry dry and gently wipe it with a soft cloth after wear. Avoid perfumes, harsh cleaning chemicals, and prolonged exposure to water, especially on plated, silvered, oxidized or leather elements. Always follow any product-specific care instructions.

Ring Size Guide
Find your Northlord ring size in three simple steps: measure the circumference of your finger in millimetres, find your measurement in the first column, then choose the corresponding US / Northlord size on the product page. If you already know your EU or UK size, use the same chart to convert it.
1. Measure your finger
Use a thin strip of paper (or non-stretch string) and a millimetre ruler. Your measurement is your finger circumference ā the distance around the finger where the ring will sit.
- Wrap the strip snugly around the base of the finger you will wear the ring on. Do not pull it too tight.
- Mark the exact place where the paper overlaps.
- Lay the paper flat and measure from the starting edge to the mark in millimetres (mm).
- Repeat the measurement two or three times. Check that the strip can also slide comfortably over your knuckle.
- Find your measurement in the chart and select the corresponding Northlord / US ring size from the options available for your chosen ring.
2. Find your Northlord ring size
The first column gives the approximate finger / ring inner circumference in mm. Northlord uses the US / Canada sizing system for ring options. EU sizes are rounded circumference equivalents; UK sizes are approximate letter equivalents.
Example: If your finger measures around 60 mm, choose approximately US / Northlord 9 (EU 60; UK S).

The figures are reference conversions, not exact equivalences in every country's sizing system. Your measured circumference and the selected product's available US sizes are the best starting points. Not every Northlord ring is offered in every listed size.
3. Measure a ring you already own (optional)
- Choose a ring that fits the same finger comfortably.
- Measure straight across the inside of the ring at its widest point, without including the metal.
- Match this inside diameter in millimetres to the final column of the chart.
Tips for a comfortable fit
- Measure in the evening, when your hands are at a comfortable temperature. Avoid measuring fingers when very cold.
- If your result is between available sizes, the larger size is usually the more comfortable choice.
- Wide bands often feel tighter than slim rings. Consider a slightly larger size when appropriate.
- Remember that fingers on your left and right hands may differ in size.
- For an especially wide, heavy or made-to-order ring, we recommend confirming your size with a local jeweller before ordering.

Shipping & Delivery
For EU customers: Orders shipped from Greece to EU destinations do not incur additional import VAT or customs clearance charges on delivery. Most of our products are dispatched from Greece. Only selected items shipped directly from our Ukraine warehouse may be subject to import charges, as explained below.
Shipping Rates
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Free standard shipping is available for orders of ā¬100 or more, including orders containing jewelry, clothing and drinking horns. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout; any import charges for eligible shipments from Ukraine are explained below.
Where We Ship From
Northlord dispatches orders from Greece and Ukraine, depending on the product. Most of our range ships from Greece, while selected items are dispatched directly from our warehouse in Ukraine. If you would like to confirm the dispatch country of a specific item, please contact us before ordering.
Order Preparation
Preparation time depends on the product:
- Selected ready-to-dispatch items: approximately 3ā4 business days.
- Made-to-order jewelry and workshop items: approximately 7ā12 business days.
- Some handcrafted jewelry, drinking horns and belts: approximately 12ā15 business days.
In-stock items may be dispatched sooner. Preparation time is separate from the delivery transit estimates below.
Estimated Delivery Times
The following are estimated transit times after dispatch, not guaranteed delivery dates. Product preparation, customs processing and carrier delays can increase the total delivery time.
T-Shirts and Hoodies
- Europe and United Kingdom: approximately 5ā10 business days.
- United States and Canada: approximately 5ā10 business days.
- Rest of the world: approximately 10ā15 business days.
Jewelry and Other Products
- Europe and United Kingdom: approximately 10ā15 business days.

Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will email you its shipping details and tracking number. Delivery is handled by postal or carrier services, including UkrPoshta for items shipped directly from Ukraine and local postal services at the destination.
VAT, Import Charges and Customs
EU orders shipped from Greece ā no extra import charges: When your order is dispatched from Greece to an EU destination, it is shipped within the EU. You will not be asked to pay additional import VAT or customs clearance fees on delivery. Applicable sales VAT is handled as part of your purchase.
Exception ā selected products dispatched from Ukraine: Some items ship directly from our Ukraine warehouse. Because these parcels enter the EU from outside the European Union, import VAT, applicable customs duties and postal or carrier clearance fees may apply if the relevant charges have not already been prepaid or collected through an applicable import arrangement. The amount depends on the destination, parcel and customs rules. The carrier may request payment before delivery.
United States ā Import Duties Covered by NORTHLORD
For eligible jewelry and accessories shipped to the United States, NORTHLORD prepays applicable U.S. import duties. Customers will not be asked to pay additional import duties upon delivery for these shipments.
Print-on-demand products: Items fulfilled and shipped within the United States are domestic shipments and do not incur U.S. import duties.
Other international shipments: Local import taxes, customs duties or carrier fees may apply depending on the destination and shipping arrangement. Exception for eligible U.S. shipments: NORTHLORD prepays the applicable U.S. import duties, as explained above.
