30-Day Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and unworn.
• Be in its original condition.
• Include all original packaging, where applicable.
• Include proof of purchase or your order number.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning their item.

If the return is necessary because of an error on our part, such as:

• You received the wrong item.
• Your item arrived damaged or defective.
• You received an incorrect product or variation.

Northlord will cover the shipping costs required to send the correct replacement to you.

Our goal is to provide the fairest solution possible while ensuring every customer receives exactly what they ordered.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you by email.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–15 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll gladly replace it.

If you've ordered the wrong ring size, we'll also help you arrange a size exchange whenever possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

• Gift cards.
• Opened or used personal care products.
• Items that have been used, altered, damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not caused by Northlord.
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
