Orders & Processing
When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 3–4 business days when the products are ready to ship from our Ukraine warehouse.
Products made in our Greece workshop generally require 7–12 business days before dispatch. Handcrafted jewelry, drinking horns, and belts require 12–15 business days before dispatch.
If a jewelry piece is already made and ready to ship, it may be delivered much faster than the maximum delivery timeframes. Made-to-order and handcrafted products require the additional processing time stated above. If a product requires additional crafting time, this will be mentioned on the product page.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If your order has not yet entered production or shipping, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Northlord ships worldwide.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery timing depends on the product and whether it is already made and ready to ship.
Jewelry and Other Products
• Europe and United Kingdom: 10–15 business days
• USA and Canada: 15–25 business days
• Rest of the World: 20–30 business days
• Typical transit after dispatch: 7–15 business days
T-shirts and Hoodies
• Europe and United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
• USA and Canada: 5–10 business days
• Rest of the World: 10–15 business days
• Typical transit after dispatch: 2–3 business days
These are conservative transit estimates after dispatch. Processing time is added before dispatch when an item is made to order or requires additional crafting.
If a jewelry piece is already made and ready to ship, it may be delivered much faster than the maximum timeframe shown above. Most orders arrive earlier than the maximum estimate.
Where are orders shipped from?
Most orders are shipped from our workshop in Greece or from our partner warehouse in Ukraine. Some orders may also be shipped from our USA warehouse.

Which carriers do you use?
We use UkrPoshta, ELTA, GLS, and the customer’s local national postal service. All orders are shipped with registered mail and a tracking number.
Can my order arrive in separate shipments?
Yes. Some orders may ship separately from different warehouses so that products can be dispatched as soon as they are ready. If your order is split into multiple shipments, we will notify you by email. The parcels may arrive on different dates.
Are taxes and customs charges included?
For customers in Europe, VAT is included in the price and no additional VAT charges should apply.
For customers outside Europe, prices exclude European VAT. Local import duties, taxes, or customs charges may apply according to local laws.
Can customs or postal delays affect my order?
Customs delays may occasionally affect an order, especially during holidays and peak seasons. Local postal delays may also occur. Northlord cannot control customs processing or local postal delays, but we are here to help if an issue occurs.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Materials & Craftsmanship
Is your jewelry made from real silver?
Yes. Most Northlord jewelry is crafted from 925 sterling silver, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Is your jewelry handcrafted?
Many of our pieces are handcrafted by skilled artisans, inspired by Norse mythology and Viking heritage.
Will sterling silver tarnish?
Sterling silver may naturally oxidize over time. This is normal and can easily be cleaned using a silver polishing cloth.
Is Northlord jewelry waterproof?
Our jewelry is designed for everyday wear. However, we recommend removing jewelry before swimming, showering, or exposure to chemicals to preserve its finish.
Will the jewelry change color over time?
Sterling silver may develop natural oxidation over time. This is normal and can easily be cleaned to restore its original shine.
Is your jewelry inspired by Viking mythology?
Yes. Our designs are inspired by Norse mythology, Viking symbols, and ancient Scandinavian tradition.
Is the jewelry suitable as a gift?
Absolutely. Northlord jewelry makes a meaningful gift for anyone who appreciates Viking culture and symbolism.

Ring Sizes
How do I choose the correct ring size?
You can determine your ring size by:
• measuring a ring you already own
• using a printable ring sizing guide
• visiting a local jeweler
If you're unsure between two sizes, we recommend choosing the slightly larger size.
What if the ring size doesn’t fit?
If the size does not fit, contact us and we will help you with an exchange.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
