VAT, Import Charges and Customs
EU orders shipped from Greece — no extra import charges: When your order is dispatched from Greece to an EU destination, it is shipped within the EU. You will not be asked to pay additional import VAT or customs clearance fees on delivery. Applicable sales VAT is handled as part of your purchase.
Exception — selected products dispatched from Ukraine: Some items ship directly from our Ukraine warehouse. Because these parcels enter the EU from outside the European Union, import VAT, applicable customs duties and postal or carrier clearance fees may apply if the relevant charges have not already been prepaid or collected through an applicable import arrangement. The amount depends on the destination, parcel and customs rules. The carrier may request payment before delivery.
Orders to destinations outside the EU: Local import taxes, customs duties and carrier fees may apply under the destination country's rules.
If you would like to check whether a specific product ships from Ukraine before ordering, contact us at info@northlord.com.
Split Shipments and Delays
Orders containing products with different preparation or dispatch arrangements may arrive in separate parcels. We will notify you if your order is split. Customs checks, holidays or local carrier delays may affect delivery dates.
