Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Some of our jewelry pieces are handcrafted, which means they require additional production time. These items may take 7–10 days before shipping so our artisans can carefully craft them.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
If your order has not yet entered production or shipping, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Is your jewelry made from real silver?
Yes. Most Northlord jewelry is crafted from 925 sterling silver, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Is your jewelry handcrafted?
Many of our pieces are handcrafted by skilled artisans, inspired by Norse mythology and Viking heritage.
Will sterling silver tarnish?
Sterling silver may naturally oxidize over time. This is normal and can easily be cleaned using a silver polishing cloth.
Is Northlord jewelry waterproof?
Our jewelry is designed for everyday wear. However, we recommend removing jewelry before swimming, showering, or exposure to chemicals to preserve its finish.
Will the jewelry change color over time?
Sterling silver may develop natural oxidation over time. This is normal and can easily be cleaned to restore its original shine.
