Viking pendant in the shape of spearhead based on a real Viking artifact from the Germanic Iron Age. Our spearhead pendant is an accurate replica of an authentic artifact found in the Gothic cemetery of Suszyczno near Kovel, Ukraine.
The most mysterious feature of the Gothic spearhead is the runic inscription in both sides which interprets to "Tilarids". The particular runic inscription is considered to be one of the oldest known in the world! The pendant is cast in solid silvered bronze.

The spearhead of Kovel was found in the Gothic cemetery near Kovel at 1858 and dated to the first half of 3rd Century AD. The inscription consists eight runes of a very old version of Elder Futhark and there is no confirmed translation. However, the runes can be read as two parts with the meaning "go to the goal".
